14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but do not have works? Can faith save you?  15 If a brother or sister is naked and lacks daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill,” and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that?  17 So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.  18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I by my works will show you my faith.

• Every organization is different! Therefore, I do not sell generic “prepackaged” proposals or plans. All my work is “custom-made” for your organization. I prioritize your organization’s needs and strive to help you achieve success in your chosen areas. Unlike other consultants, I do not:
  • Rely on or propagate management fads.
  • Sacrifice quality for the sack of speed.
  • Recommend cost cutting through personnel termination.
  • Produce visions, goals, strategies, or plans that are not actionable.

4. I charge a flat hourly rate for all services.

• I am transparent and honest about the costs of all my services. I do not try to add expenses to a scope of work or attempt to hide fees. After an initial consultation, clients will receive a detailed proposal for any work they wish to undertake that enumerates the cost of all services and any travel or transcription reimbursements.

5. I offer a 20% discount to any human service nonprofit organization.

• I believe in the good works of those who are on the “front lines” of solving some of our society’s biggest challenges.

6. I have a price match guarantee.

• I will match any competitor’s project bid with a similar scope of work.

7. I have a satisfaction guarantee.

• I want the organization to be proud of the results of our project collaboration.  If the organization is unsatisfied with my performance, I will work to make it right, or I will settle an appropriate fee reimbursement.
